I am an AI Researcher with a strong background in biomedical engineering, deep learning, and computer vision. With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, my expertise lies in developing advanced machine learning algorithms for medical imaging applications. I have extensive experience working with 3D models, particularly in medical image segmentation, and have contributed to projects involving the development and optimization of deep learning models. In my previous role as an Assistant Research Fellow at a university, I led multiple research initiatives, including the translation of MRI images to PET scans using diffusion transformers and the exploration of brain oscillation differences in cognitive tasks through EEG data analysis. I have also developed and applied Kalman filters for tracking and predicting golf ball trajectories using computer vision techniques. Currently transitioning into the MedTech industry, I am leveraging my expertise to work on innovative projects that utilize AR/VR for the translation of medical images for educational purposes and AI-generated content (AIGC). My work is driven by a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology, and I am adept at working with cloud platforms like GCP to integrate AI solutions in real-world applications. My skill set includes Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, computer vision, medical image processing, machine learning, deep learning, and cloud computing. I am committed to staying at the forefront of AI research and development, continuously enhancing my knowledge and capabilities to deliver impactful solutions in the healthcare domain.
