Recent research: “Molecular epidemiology of antibiotic resistance in E. coli isolated from stools of under-five children – a follow-up community-based study in Rural Ujjain” sponsored by Swedish research council, Karolinska Institute, Sweden. Also working as Associate Professor, Department of Community Medicine, R D Gardi Medical College, Ujjain, (MP) India. Main duties: Postgraduate and undergraduate teaching (especially in Epidemiology) and mentoring, ethical review of research proposals, planning and implementing various national and international research projects, assisting examinations and various administrative works. Also I have been co-heading the recently developed molecular biology lab at the institute.
