Dr. Abhishek Kumar Pandey is an Assistant Professor-II at Department of Management, School of Management Sciences ( SMS) , Lucknow. He did his doctoral work in Business Administration from the Department of Management, University of Lucknow (NAACA++) in 2024. His thesis title was Succession Management Practices in Corporate Firms in India. He is also qualified UGC-NET exam in management. He has done MBA with dual specialization in HRM and Marketing from AKTU Lucknow. He has completed Bachelor of Science in Maths from University of Gorakhpur (NAACA++). His research interests include HRM, OB, succession planning, general management, corporate strategy, multi-business firms, and entrepreneurial orientation. He has a keen interest in researching & investigating the issues and challenges related to succession planning & management in new-age startups. Abhishek is also a life member of the Indian Commerce Association-ICA (Membership ID: UP1089). He has actively participated in IIM Bangalore, Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship Panel Discussion since 2021. He has also reviewed research articles for The Organization Studies Journal Collection (Scopus Indexed) since 2021 and the Diversity Journal Collection (Scopus Indexed) since 2021 based on Common Ground Research Networks, University of Illinois Research Park, USA since 2021. He is also a reviewer in European Journal of Management Issues. He has published research papers in journals indexed in ABDC, Web of Science, Scopus, and peer-reviewed international journals. He has also contributed to Chapters of Edited books published by national and international publishers. He is reviewer with Journal of industrial information integration (Scopus indexed) since 2024.
