From there, I develop multiple high-value design concepts, refine the most viable solution, and carry it through to fully manufacturable systems. This process is underpinned by advanced engineering simulations, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural and thermal performance, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for aerodynamic and hydrodynamic optimization, and mechanism design and kinematic validation using MSC Adams. My workflow ensures that every design is not only visually compelling but structurally sound, cost-efficient to produce, and optimized for real-world operating conditions. My technical proficiency spans industry-leading tools and platforms, enabling precise and reliable outputs at every stage of the development cycle. I use Autodesk Fusion for high-accuracy 3D CAD modeling, ANSYS Mechanical for detailed FEA studies, ANSYS Fluent for CFD simulations, and MSC Adams for advanced motion and mechanism analysis.
