I am a protein science consultant and senior scientist with more than 10 years of experience across academic research and biopharmaceutical development. I hold a PhD in Nanomedicine and Cell Biology and have broad expertise in protein and antibody development, formulation, analytical characterization, process development, scale-up, and end-to-end biomolecule supply. At Genmab, I led a team responsible for the complete in-house biomolecule supply chain, including antibody production, purification, and analytical characterization. I have developed supply strategies supporting more than 50 active R&D projects and led improvements that reduced lead times by approximately 30%, lowered production costs by 25%, and increased throughput by around 40%. Previously, at InnoCore, I developed complex sustained-release parenteral formulations for peptides, proteins, and antibodies. My work covered pre-formulation, stability improvement, study design, process scale-up, manufacturing of research and clinical trial materials, and transfer to GMP manufacturing. I can support clients with protein and biologics development strategy, formulation development, sustained-release drug delivery, analytical data interpretation, experimental design, process optimization, scale-up planning, technical documentation, and scientific literature reviews. I combine hands-on scientific expertise with strategic thinking, operational improvement, and experience translating early-stage research into robust development workflows.
