I am a conservation geneticist and data analyst with a wide range of abilites, and experience with a broad variety of analyses. I hold a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol and I have previously worked in industry developing and analysing process chemistry. Currently, I am researching novel genetic methods for the rescue and restoration of edge-of-extinction endangered species at Kew Gardens. I have worked with all types of datasets and as such I am able to draw on experience and considerations from a diverse range of fields, which I find to be a particular strength. I maintain and contribute to several R resources for genetic analysis and my standard of scientific English is excellent. I can help with performance and interpretation of clustering analysis, tree and network building, processing of NGS sequence data, statistical hypothesis testing, to name a few examples.
