Dr. Alexander is a former Senior Analyst for the U.S. Department of State in the Republic of Iraq and holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He has also worked for the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) and founded International Human Development Corporation (IHDC) in Latin America. Dr. Alexander currently serves as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Tennessee and as the Principal Researcher for R.C. Cord and writes for the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI), The Hill, the Jamestown Foundation, and other publications.
