Food and Dairy professional with vast experience in Quality, R & D, laboratory and team management, holding PhD Degree in Dairy Microbiology. I have worked on different short and long term projects at NDRI, main focus of projects was to develop rapid, sensitive and cost effective test methods for monitoring of antibiotics, aflatoxin, pesticides, and pathogens in dairy products. These methods have been developed, validated, filed for patents and also commercialized/ or technologies has been transferred to different dairy industries. Various research paper also published on these projects. I am also having experience of writing manuals, patents and papers. Experienced on establishment of biosafety level-II laboratory for monitoring of pathogens. I have worked with food and beverages companies in the area of Quality and R & D.
