プロフィール概要

My research interests focus on discovering and protecting from infectious diseases. I am undertaking my PhD at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine investigating the skin microbiome and human attractiveness to malaria mosquitoes. Prior to my PhD I obtained a first class BSc(Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Liverpool (2015-2018) and MSc in Epidemiology from LSHTM (2018-19). I currently teach on biomedical, statistics and entomology modules alongside my PhD research. I am experienced in a variety of data analysis from basic epidemiology including univariate and bivariate analysis, to microbiome data processing and advanced statistic of association between microbiome and GC/GC-MS data.
