I am a PhD-trained Molecular Biologist and Bioinformatics Researcher with expertise in RNA-seq, transcriptomics, NGS data analysis, microbiome studies, host–pathogen interactions, and molecular diagnostics. I completed my PhD from University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and have postdoctoral research experience in tick-borne diseases and livestock health. My work involves transcriptome analysis, comparative genomics, metagenomics, phylogenetics, and bioinformatics using tools in R and Python. I have experience in scientific writing, data interpretation, literature review, and mentoring students, with a strong interest in applying computational and molecular approaches to biological research and biotechnology projects.
