I specialize in consulting related to botany and plant biology. I build systematic steps to success for startups, inventors, researchers, writers, experiment planners, indoor farmers, herbal product developers, interior designers who use plants, plant breeding, and more. Topics include indoor gardens, modular growth units (algae or plants), herbal medicine, writing and web content projects, research, experimentation, and indoor design with plants. My training during my Ph.D. gave me much experience with diverse cultures, plants, and thought processes. From this, I will be able to see your vision even when other people are stuck in a rut. Amazingly, there are so many ways to accomplish a goal, yet we get blocked by the habits and thought processes of the people around us and ourselves. I am here to tell you that there is a way, and there is a way to get your idea off the ground professionally. I help you through all the stages of industry entrepreneurship academies, clinics, and schools in a way that works for your project. I have graduated from the UC Davis Entrepreneurship Academy (now Child Family Institute for Entrepreneurship) and attended various startup and accelerator events. I specifically help you refine the technical and scientific aspect of your project. We break down each step so that you will have a protocol to pitch your product, demonstrate its benefits in a compelling way, and be seen as the expert. My methods are based on multiple fields of study. In our lessons, we will draw on biological and chemical research. But we will also bring in psychology and practical counseling methods for identifying the needs of and the emotions your client feels. We incorporate social science on friend creation and relationship making with clients, customers, and friends. We will also cover techniques for self-esteem maintenance in the person you are pitching your product too. I leave you with usable step-by-step tools to enact these principles. The great thing about them is that they are based on research and they increase the value of your product in a way that is positive for you and your customer. I want everyone to be healthy and happy from the results of these tools. This is solid research that leads to creative inventions, honest pitches, accurate information, genuine care for your client, and a win-win deal for each party. In all, I am a creative researcher who loves developing ideas and helping individuals and businesses develop quality products. About Andrew I love ideas. I ponder ideas and experiments. I also write and publish scientific research. But my heart lies in entrepreneurship where these ideas can become a reality. I have done much research, experimentation, and publishing. I have a Ph.D. in plant biology, a masters in biomedical sciences and a bachelors in biochemistry. I have also graduated from an entrepreneurship academy and attended numerous seminars and workshops. Entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and idea development are a major interest of mine. I have also graduated from an entrepreneurship academy and attended numerous seminars and workshops. From a child, I had experience with home businesses. I worked at our family seed business in all aspects from seed breeding to workflow organization to product innovation. I have also started various businesses ranging in topics from culturally significant clothing to ecological insect control to indoor botany and vertical farming. Chief Scientific Officer Chief scientific officers (CSO) make your vision a reality through meticulous research. When you need an end-user experience that is currently impossible, it is the CSO that finds the way. Science officers design and guide company research and then mold it into saleable products. This gives your salespeople clear wording and material to sell, it gives your clients a reliable product, and it gives you pride in running a reputable company. CSOs must have a high level of academic education and be able to put it into practice. They often have a Ph.D. and also an intrinsic motivation to apply their knowledge to client satisfaction.
