I am a PhD researcher in Biochemistry with specialization in molecular pharmacology, metabolic regulation, and computational systems biology. My research investigates how bioactive compounds influence cellular metabolism, oxidative stress pathways, and drug-induced toxicity, using integrated experimental and computational approaches. My doctoral work examines the protective effects of natural compounds against chemically induced physiological and metabolic disturbances. The study involves biochemical analysis, enzyme kinetics, antioxidant assessments, and in vivo animal models to evaluate pharmacological efficacy and mechanistic pathways. I also apply computational modeling of metabolic networks to support system-level interpretation of experimental findings. I have extensive experience in phytochemical extraction and compound characterization (Soxhlet extraction, column chromatography, TLC, HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR), along with proficiency in biochemical assays, molecular data analysis, and scientific interpretation. In addition, I work as a scientific writer and editor, assisting researchers in developing well-structured, publication-quality manuscripts and academic documents. My academic interests include drug mechanism studies, metabolic pathway regulation, natural product pharmacology, and translational experimental research using animal models.
