A Neuroscientist, oncologist by training with deep interest in understanding the co-ordination between proteins and DNA. Experienced in biochemistry, molecular biology and genomics. Specific research interests are cancer cell immortality, brain development on a DNA metabolism perspective (DNA damage, repair, replication, transcription, stress and co-ordination between them). I work with big data analysis, trying to find biomarkers for cancer patients digging through publicly available databases, verse in python, excel and R. Other than working in bench, I have driven multiple consulting projects to determine best market positioning strategy for bay area startup biotechs with BCBA.
