Currently I am working on exploring therapeutic potentials for Prostate Cancer. I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of our understanding of cancer biology to discover innovative treatments and improve patient outcomes. With over 5 years of experience in oncology research, I have honed my skills in molecular biology, data analysis, and cell culture. I thrive in collaborative environments, where interdisciplinary teamwork and cutting-edge research converge to solve complex problems. I have developed skills in various cell and molecular biology techniques including Western /immunoblotting ; Genomic DNA Isolation; RNA Isolation ; Real time-PCR; Primer Designing; Cell culture (PC3, DU145, Rat Renal Proximal Tubular Epithelial Cells, T HESCs (Endometrial cell line)); Migration assay; Cell viability assay (MTT); Flow Cytometric Analysis- Cell cycle; Apoptosis assay by Flow Cytometry; Clonogenic Assay; Invasion assay; SDS-PAGE; ELISA, ImmunoCytochemistry; Immuno-Histochemistry; PCR-RFLP; Agarose gel electrophoresis; Animal Handling- (Endometriosis Model by surgery, tissue isolation, and processing).
