I am an academic researcher and Assistant Professor specializing in Microbiology and Molecular Microbiology with extensive experience in clinical microbiology, antimicrobial resistance, and diagnostic microbiology. I currently serve at Zarqa University, Jordan, where I also hold administrative positions as Vice Dean and Assistant Dean for Quality Assurance. My professional background combines academic teaching, scientific research, and applied laboratory experience, including previous work at the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) in food microbiology, quality assurance, and laboratory analysis. I have extensive experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as General Microbiology, Diagnostic Microbiology, Medical Virology, Medical Mycology, Immunology, Pathophysiology, and Quality Control. My research focuses on antimicrobial resistance, ESBL-producing pathogens, molecular epidemiology, and clinical microbiology. I have published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals and supervise Master’s theses in microbiology and related fields. In addition, I have strong expertise in scientific writing, data analysis, laboratory management, and academic consulting in biomedical sciences.
