I have a PhD in Plant Biology from UC Davis and BS in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I like to describe myself as a "Modern Renaissance Man" because, while I have formal degrees, I also love learning about new ideas. During my doctoral studies I learned and became competent in Python and R coding languages. Currently, I am learning and building experience through freelance projects. In my free time, I am working on learning more about machine learning and artificial intelligence.
