As a Bioengineer and PhD candidate, I specialize in bridging the gap between complex biological processes and advanced technological solutions. My foundational expertise is deeply rooted in laboratory research and material science, encompassing biocompatible polymer synthesis, as well as the ceramic material molding of green bodies and sintering. In the realm of molecular biology and diagnostics, I am highly proficient in DNA isolation from body fluids, DNA quantification, PCR, and electrophoresis. A significant portion of my work involves rigorous data extraction and system engineering. I have extensive hands-on experience in IC and HPLC utilization, coupled with the comprehensive interpretation of FTIR, XRD, HPLC, and IC results, alongside thorough electron microscopy results examination. Applying these analytical insights to larger-scale environmental and industrial challenges, I actively focus on biological treatment system design, biological reactor performance monitoring and improvement, system optimization, and energy efficiency studies. What truly distinguishes my engineering approach is the integration of digital, mechanical, and AI-driven methodologies into bioengineering. Possessing a strong aptitude for mentally simulating the mechanics of complex machines and electronic circuits, I design intelligent hardware solutions that involve 3D modelling for biomedical device development, microprocessor control systems, and precise motor and sensor control. Furthermore, I leverage data mining from sensors, software and game development, and the orchestration of multi-agent AI systems utilizing AI gateway platforms like OpenClaw. This approach allows me to transform raw biological data into optimized, autonomous, and innovative engineering solutions.
