I am a senior sustainability and environmental governance professional with over 15 years’ experience spanning consultancy, utilities, corporates and not‑for‑profits. My work has focused on water stewardship, ESG strategy, biodiversity, regulatory programmes and corporate sustainability reporting, including leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in the UK water sector and beyond. I hold a PhD in water governance, where my research examined equity, power and decision‑making in water management, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, policy analysis and stakeholder engagement. Alongside my academic work, I have founded and run my own consultancy, led a Global Water Centre of Excellence for a multinational company, and advised clients on ESG frameworks, nature‑related risks and stewardship approaches. I bring strong analytical and writing skills, extensive experience translating technical and regulatory content into clear, practical guidance, and a growing focus on applying AI tools to enhance research, risk assessment and decision‑making in environmental and governance contexts
