Food engineer with 4-Year experience in R&D innovation, project management (PM) and consulting, with more than 1000 R&D innovation project/business plans. My team created a new PMO for a >100-project portfolio, designing all processes/standards and enabling a strong skill set in PM. I’ve revised and supervised applied R&D innovation projects in many different areas such as renewable energies, nanotechnology, biofuels, polymers and automation.

My technical food background is structured in 3 main areas:
1)	5-Year hands-on experience supervising the organic standards compliance of a fresh produce farm and jam industry, the quality of final fresh products and being responsible for jam R&D and the food safety standards compliance.
2)	6-Year hands-on experience in natural disinfectants and antibacterial lab testing, with a Master´s degree in exploring the efficacy of organic citrus extracts as a new food disinfectant.
3)	1-Year hands-on experience in a multinational poultry processing industry, where I collaborated supervising and adjusting production/equipment parameters for higher productivity and yields, led the 5S quality program , planned/executed trainings and developed a new sodium-reduced product.

My Engineering and Master’s degrees were obtained in the #2 best university of Brazil called UFRGS. I am a certified innovation facilitator in the FORTH method developed by Gijs Van Wulfen and have more than 700h consulting experience in innovation management applying a method transferred by Strategos, one of the world's leading strategy & innovation advisory firms founded by Gary Hamel.
