I am a political scientist with a specialization in public administration. From a theory and practitioner standpoint, my chief interests reside in administrative ethical issues and challenges. This includes ethics/corruption management, organizational behavior/culture assessments, and implicit bias management. My interests also pertain to program evaluation and procedural justice (or fairness). From a methodological standpoint, my interests center in qualitative research methodologies, particularly semi-structured interviews, and content analysis (inductive, deductive, and analytic inductive). This process also includes writing up the results of the research.
