*Consult me on patient-aligned clinical trials, patient-reported/patient-experience outcome measures, patient journey mapping, patient education, aligning healthcare processes with patient needs, rare disease research, patient authorship, content strategy, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement* I’m the first and only India-based EUPATI-Certified Patient Expert, an India Ambassador for The Sumaira Foundation, and a member of the International Society for Patient Engagement Professionals (ISPEP). Through my podcast "Not Just Patients," I aim to break barriers to meaningful patient involvement in healthcare. My approach to patient engagement draws on 18+ years of global experience working with patients, researchers, scholarly publishers, pharma, and public health groups, during which time I have taken several international projects from 0 to 1 and scaled them up with exceptional results. Through impassioned story-telling, empathetic problem solving, and strong leadership, I inspire people to dream big and then turn ideas and discussion into action and results. My training as a Stanford-certified design thinker and my lived experience as a patient with a rare disease and multiple chronic conditions allow me to think patient first and bring empathy and deep insights into healthcare conversations.
