I am a PhD-trained molecular and cell biologist with 8+ years of experience in assay development, protein biochemistry, and cellular analytics, with a focus on oncology, antibody therapeutics, and high-throughput screening. I specialize in designing and validating custom in vitro assays, cell-based toxicity studies, recombinant protein expression and purification (bacterial, mammalian, insect systems), and image-based quantitative analysis. My recent work as an Associate Research Scientist at Sai Life Sciences involved: Designing and validating cell-based internalization and degradation assays for antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) using Incucyte and Operetta CLS imaging systems Developing ASO (antisense oligonucleotide) treatment protocols and drug-resistant cell lines to support combination therapy strategies Conducting high-throughput cellular toxicity assays (CTG) and flow cytometry to quantify cellular responses Establishing high-throughput workflows under GLP-compliant conditions and supporting SOP and method validation During my PhD at the Max Planck Institute, I led research projects investigating microtubule regulation by cancer-related proteins (GTSE1, MCAK), developed BAC-based genetic tools, and applied advanced microscopy techniques (TIRF, confocal, widefield) for subcellular protein analysis. I also bring hands-on experience with AKTA FPLC protein purification and a range of biochemical assays, including phosphorylation and ATPase activity analysis.
