I am a Computational Biologist and Multi-Omics & AI Specialist with over ten years of experience in healthcare research, big-data analysis, and bioinformatics software development across both academic and industrial settings. Holding a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from EPFL, I focus on transforming complex multi-omics datasets into actionable insights through machine learning, advanced statistics, and intelligent web platforms. My expertise lies in developing AI-driven methods and pipelines for high-throughput molecular data analysis — including genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and microbiome — to support oncology, precision medicine, and rare disease diagnostics.
