Curiosity, ethusiam, work ethic and precision are the driving force in my professional and academic career. I studied Chemistry because it is a science able to answer the question "Why?" in many phenomena. During my academic (PhD in Chemical Science) and professional career (Researcher in worldwide recognize Institut) I have have dealt with many research topics related to the synthesis of fine and bulk chemical using catalytic approaches (both homogeneous and heterogeneous). In particular, cooperating with multinationals such as Evonik Industries and F. Hoffmann La Roche, I have also experienced what does it mean professional goal-oriented research under industrial environment.As an active player of these collaborations, I successfully provided innovative, lasting and oriented solutions for the specific requirements of the industry partners. From this perspective I have faced-up the importance of thinking beyond the classical academic schemes, recognizing the pivotal role of working in a multi-tasking team. Moreover, the frequent meetings, updates and reports allowed me to learn how to present results, as well as ideas, in a concise, clear and no-frills way. Additionally, I wrote, managed and proof-reviewed patents and scientific articles.
