I have a PhD in Physical Chemistry and I conducted scientific research on various projects (mostly in food and polymers physical chemistry) as can be seen from the significant number of published scientific articles. Currently, I am working on a project of produce stable apple pomace flour, with high content of potassium, dietary fibers and antioxidant, antidiabetic and antilipemic effect, which is intended for use as a dietary preparation or as an ingredient of functional food, such as fiber-rich food and food with powerful antioxidative activity. Until now, I have experience with statistical processing and modeling of data by Python, Python SciPy, Python NumPy, Excel, Statistica, SPSS etc., as well as thermal analysis techniques (Differential Scanning Calorimetry - DSC and Thermogravimetry - TG). In the basis of any good scientific work lies collection, preparation and processing of data, and, finally, their interpretation in order to obtain the necessary information of the examined system. I am ready to work on various projects and ideas, because today multidisciplinarity is the basic precondition for any success.
