I am an interdisciplinary Bioinformatics Consultant, Computational Biologist, and Neuro-Rehabilitation Researcher with a unique dual background in Biotechnology (BSc) and Physiotherapy (BPT). My work integrates oncology genomics, differential gene expression (DEG) analysis, genetic variant interpretation, machine learning, and precision rehabilitation science to deliver translational, data-driven healthcare solutions. Over the past several years, I have developed and implemented automated bioinformatics pipelines for: Differential Gene Expression (DEG) analysis Tumor vs Normal expression profiling Survival analysis (Kaplan–Meier models) Volcano plots and heatmaps Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) Biomarker discovery workflows Multi-database genomic integration I am currently developing a next-generation automated DEG analysis platform designed to streamline transcriptomics workflows for researchers, along with a Precision Rehabilitation Planning System that integrates genetic insights, neurological biomarkers, and evidence-based physiotherapy protocols for optimized patient outcomes.
