I am an IIT Bombay–trained Biomedical Engineer and recipient of the Institute Silver Medal for academic excellence, with expertise in mass spectrometry-based proteomics, metabolomics, and multi-omics data analysis. My experience spans biomarker discovery and systems biology across various clinical studies, including COPD, acute kidney injury, recurrent Tuberculosis, and radiation exposure, integrating both experimental and computational approaches. I have hands-on expertise in DIA-NN, FragPipe, and MetaboAnalyst, along with strong grounding in biostatistics, pathway enrichment, and visualization using Reactome, IMPaLA, and StringDB. I routinely assist research groups in data interpretation, figure generation, and manuscript preparation for submission to peer-reviewed journals. With a solid understanding of both wet-lab workflows and computational omics, I offer end-to-end analytical support - from raw data QC to publication-ready deliverables. I am open to collaborations on multi-omics data processing, biomarker identification, scientific writing, and technical editing, and can ensure accurate, reproducible, and high-quality outputs tailored to your project’s goals.
