I did research in DNA Nanotechnology, self-assembly, machine learning, and deep learning. I have developed a deep learning algorithm for the pre-or early detection of pancreatic cancer. The study involves the investigation of the longitudinal radiographic data (computed tomography) provided by the hospital. Additionally, I am developing deep learning algorithms to predict acute decompensated heart failure and cardiovascular image analysis for improved patient care. A novel model is designed for the prediction of patients experiencing acute decompensated heart failure.
