I am a self-taught scientific illustrator with a PhD in immunology & infectious diseases, and a postdoc in microbiome where I worked on many projects involving neurodegenerative diseases, bacteriophages, fungal infections and metabolism. During these years I discovered my passion for science communication creating illustrations that help others to translate complex science messages into accessible and captivating images.
