I am an Environmental & Civil Consultant working in the Transaction Services, construction and Renewable energy sector. While my professional forte is in Environmental Due Diligence Assessments (EDDA), I also have diverse experience in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in line with ASTM E1527-13 Standards, EHS compliance audits, Sustainable Development, Renewable energy. While working, I gained experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and I am conversant in working with international standards including IFC Performance Standards, WB EHS Guidelines etc. I have successfully carried out close to 100 assessments and audits in India across various sectors such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Solar Power Plant ,Food, Automobile, Real estate, Private Equity (PE), Electrical & Electronics, Waste Treatment Facilities, Highway, Onshore & Offshore, Port & Harbour and Pipeline Petrochemical projects etc. Apart from technical expertise in Environmental Laws & Regulations of the Country, my work has helped me to develop an immense insight into Client concerns involved during a business transaction, and strong communication and people skills.
