Me and my colleagues in Gugin have helped more than 600 companies around the leveraging from the cultural diversity. I have trained thousands of executives at leading business schools and in corporate training programs and I have headed a lot of cultural change projects, post-merger integration projects and leadership development programs. My philosophy is that by emphasising the similarities between cultures (any culture) it is much easier to overcome the differences. i/we help organisations and individuals to adopt that philosophy so that they can synergise from the cultural diversity instead of creating conflicts.
