Dr. Kamran Sandhu is recognized as leading expert in the field of Intellectual Capital (IC) Management and Human Resource Development. He is book author and pioneer in producing Pakistan’s first ever book on intellectual capital available on amazon and has national and international publications. Being the head of technical training wing of PRGMEA, almost 10,000 students have been graduated in different garment disciplines and hundreds in the field of management under his remarkable leadership approach. He is visiting faculty member of renowned universities like UET, UOG, Pak-aims and supervising M.Phil & Ph.D scholars. He got the opportunities to attend several trainings held in UK (CBT), Japan (Lean Kaizen), China (Exposure Visit, Fair &Exhibition), UAE (CIWM, Communication Skills) etc. He has the honor to undertake numerous projects in collaboration with renowned international organizations such as ILO (decent employment, skill development, sector studies) GIZ (National Curriculum Development), JICA(Institute Management, Gender & Skill Gap Surveys), UNDP (Impact of GSP plus), WWF(Environment) and national organizations namely NAVTTC, PSDF, FDA. He is the member of Research Society for Intellectual Capital Management (RS-ICM), board member of Pakistan Readymade Garments Technical Training Institute (PRGTTI) and coordinator of Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PRGMEA).
