Research Goals For all my independent and collaborative research activities, mainly my focus is to develop a strategic research agenda helpful in developing practical applications. Moreover, I am highly focused on maintaining a high-quality record of original and internationally recognized research publications. My research domain includes; o Crowdsensing, Modelling and Analysis in Opportunistic Mobile Social Networks, Scale-Free Networks, Modelling Context-Aware Services, MERS-CoV Modelling and Analysis PhD Doctorate Research - KICT, International Islamic University Malaysia, STU (Science and Technology Unit) – Umm Al Qura University, Makkah, KSA - The field study of the Hajj Crowd. Modelling Hajj Geo-Social Network as a one mode complex network of the pilgrims that uses commonly available communication services to help them perform their spatiotemporal religious activities. Network analysis techniques were applied to locate pilgrims with many acquaintances or those who were a member of linguistically diverse subnets useful to play a key role in the information diffusion processes. - Spatio-temporal information of the recent MERS-CoV outbreak was modelled as a one-mode network. The same network analysis approach was applied to study the impact of MERS-CoV spreading on Hajj-related areas. Funded by KACST (King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology) Grant Number 11-INF1688-10. - E-Therapy: A Hardware / Software Framework for the Gamification of Physical Therapy. Funded by KACST (King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology) Grant Number 11-INF1703-10.
