My research furthered the understanding of the role of T cells in the development and maintenance of the autoimmune disease Lupus. I demonstrated the novel therapeutic potential of a clinically approved drug. I have worked with Oncology Letters to identify articles for publication, manage the peer review process, and copy edit accepted articles. I have produced a wide range of scientific copy in my career; including for academic journals and conferences, websites and social media for a STEM campaign, and product brochures and technical notes for a biophotonics company. Alongside my freelance editing/writing roles I currently work in a biochemistry and cell culture laboratory at University College London
