プロフィール概要

I am a Ph.D. geologist and DST Women Scientist (WOS-A) with over 10 years of research experience in coastal geology, sedimentology, active tectonics, and geohazard assessment along the western coast of India. My doctoral research focused on geological evidence of high-energy marine events (tsunamis and storms) from the Gujarat coastline, and I continue to advance this work through funded research at M. G. Science Institute, Ahmedabad. I have published 8 peer-reviewed SCI papers in leading international journals including Nature Scientific Reports (IF 4.8), Marine Geology (IF 2.2), Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering (IF 3.0), and Quaternary International (IF 2.2). I have presented research at international conferences in Austria, Oman, and across India, and received prestigious awards including the Anni Talwani Grant for Women Researchers and the Best Research Scholar Award from the Institute of Seismological Research. I offer freelance scientific consulting and research services in: Coastal geomorphology and geohazard assessment Palaeotsunami and extreme marine event analysis Sedimentological and geochronological studies (OSL dating, particle size, mineral magnetics) Remote sensing and GIS-based geological mapping Scientific writing, manuscript editing, and literature reviews Dissertation and thesis guidance in Earth Sciences I have guided M.Sc. dissertations and serve as Visiting Faculty at M. G. Science Institute and Gujarat University. I bring both deep academic expertise and practical field research experience to every project.
