I'm a 3rd year PhD student pursuing research in the field of human molecular genetics. i have over five years of experience in next-generation sequencing data analysis in academic researche laboratories. I specialized in the analysis of the human exome sequencing data. Exome sequencing data analysis service includes: Data Quality Control & Trimming Alignment & Local Alignment Variant Calling Variant Annotation (dbSNP, ClinVar, OMIM) in-silico Pathogenicity Analysis I will provide report all analysis results with clear and comprehensible documentation with a written protocol of used tools, methods, and approaches. I also offer all processed files (including bam, bai, vcf) after the analysis completed.
