プロフィール概要

I am currently a PhD student in Immunology and Parasitology at James Cook University, Australia, with research experience in biomedical sciences, vaccine development, scientific writing, and academic editing. I also work as a casual examiner for medical students’ literature review assignments at James Cook University, where I assess academic writing, critical analysis, referencing, and use of scientific literature.

My current research focuses on the discovery and development of novel human hookworm vaccine candidates using immunological and molecular approaches. I have hands-on experience with recombinant protein expression in HEK and E. coli systems, ELISA, PCR, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, nematode life-cycle maintenance, and statistical analysis using GraphPad Prism.

I have co-authored several peer-reviewed scientific publications in immunology, parasitology, microbiology, and veterinary sciences. My published work includes a review article on current and future directions of hookworm vaccines in Expert Review of Vaccines, as well as research articles on host metabolic regulation by parasitic helminths, antimicrobial activity of marine microalgae, vaccine immunogenicity in dogs, and veterinary clinical studies. These publications have strengthened my skills in scientific literature analysis, manuscript preparation, data interpretation, and academic communication.

I have also presented my research through oral presentations and scientific posters at national and international conferences, including the Australian Society for Parasitology Conference, the Queensland Immunology Networking Symposium, and the Australia and New Zealand Society for Immunology Meeting.

In addition to laboratory research, I provide support in literature review organization, scientific proofreading, thesis formatting, scientific poster design, PowerPoint preparation, and reference management using EndNote and academic databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar. I am passionate about helping students and researchers improve the clarity, structure, and professionalism of their academic and scientific work, particularly within biomedical, medical, and health science fields.
