I am a bioinformatics researcher with expertise in both computational biology and wet lab oncology, specializing in the integration of genomics data analysis with experimental validation. My work spans across cancer genomics, liquid biopsy, and translational oncology, with hands-on experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, copy number variation (CNV) detection, gene fusion analysis, microbial signature profiling, and functional assays. At the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC, TMC), I focused on large-scale genomics projects involving whole-exome sequencing (WES) and transcriptomics, contributing to high-impact publications in NPJ Systems Biology and Applications and ESMO Open. More recently, at Lifesenz Cancer Research Labs, I have expanded my skill set to include cell culture, cytotoxicity assays (MTT, DPPH, TEAC, TPC, TFC), RNA extraction, SDS-PAGE, and protein analysis, bridging computational findings with functional validation. With this dual background, I bring a unique perspective to projects requiring multi-omics data interpretation, cancer biomarker discovery, and translational applications. I am passionate about supporting academic, clinical, and industrial partners in projects involving bioinformatics pipelines, genomics-driven insights, and therapeutic target evaluation.
