I am a well-trained biostatistician with a wealth of experience and research interest in mixed modelling, adjustment for covariate measurement error, predictive modelling, longitudinal data analysis, analysis of missing data, analysis of time-to-event outcomes, Bayesian statistics, joint modelling, propensity scoring methods, epidemiology, statistical theory and simulation and regression analyses. The tasks in my previous projects involved predicting long-term disease outcome using short-term data for patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis; and developing statistical methods to adjust for covariate measurement error. The task in my current project involve adjusting for imbalance of covariates in non-randomized studies using Propensity scoring methods in developing absolute risk calculators; and joint modelling of multiple outcomes for elderly patients suffering from multiple chronic conditions.
