プロフィール概要

I am a Ph.D. sociologist and survey research expert with over 10 years of experience designing, programming, and analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative studies across academic, healthcare, government, and organizational settings. My core expertise spans health and social service provider evaluations, employee listening, and organizational culture and climate research. I have designed and managed large-scale surveys from the ground up, including questionnaire development, cognitive interviewing, sampling strategy, Qualtrics programming, data collection, and statistical analysis, delivering findings to executive and academic leadership. Methodologically, I am proficient in stratified sampling, rake weighting, regression analysis, significance testing, and segmentation. I have also executed consumer and market research studies, including conjoint analysis, NPS, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction surveys. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Survey Research alongside my doctorate, and my published work spans workplace bias, mindfulness intervention evaluation, and group processes. On the qualitative side, I conduct cognitive interviews, focus groups, and grounded theory analysis. My software toolkit includes Qualtrics, SPSS, Python, Power BI, and Tableau. I am available for end-to-end survey research engagements or targeted support at any stage, including questionnaire review, statistical analysis, or translating complex findings into clear, actionable reports.
