Ghassen Zafzouf was born in Tunis, Tunisia. He received the B.Sc. in 2015 and M.Sc. degrees in 2018 in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology with high distinction from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, and a M.E. with first class honors from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia in 2017. From November 2018, he joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Melbourne, Australia, where he is currently pursuing Ph.D. degree in Networked Control Systems. His research interests include information theory, decentralized control as well as communication for networked systems. During his academic cursus, he has been the recipient of several scholarships and rewards such as Melbourne Research Scholarship and Germany’s Scholarship for Outstanding Students.
