I am a cybersecurity researcher, consultant, and university instructor with over ten years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy. I hold a BSc in Computer Science (TZ) and an MSc in Cyber Security (UK), and I am currently pursuing a PhD focused on developing a secure Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) suitable for Tanzania. My expertise includes secure system architecture design, data protection and privacy engineering, fintech security, digital governance, and risk assessment. I have practical experience in designing and evaluating cybersecurity solutions, conducting literature reviews and technical research, preparing policy-oriented reports, and supporting organizations in improving their information security and compliance readiness. I have contributed to academic and applied research projects related to financial inclusion, digital assets, and data protection, and I have delivered training and consultancy support to institutional stakeholders. I am skilled in technical writing, research synthesis, and the development of analytical frameworks that translate complex regulatory and security requirements into practical implementation strategies. I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based work that supports secure digital transformation initiatives, particularly in emerging and developing country contexts.
