My PhD (Galicia-Spain) and Postdoctoral (NYC) training gave me a deep knowledge in the analysis and interpretation of genetic variants associated with cardiovascular diseases with focus in heart transplant and the effect of exercise in the arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ARVC). My areas of expertise include: -Experimental strategy, protocol validation and optimization, analysis, synthesis and presentation of the results -Collection and handling of human specimens and animal experimentation -Molecular and Cellular biology -Imaging and Image analysis -Statistical and genetic association analyses -Gen Ontology and Pathways analysis -Literature and references search
