I hold a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Southern California (2023) and have extensive experience designing and conducting behavioral research, analyzing complex data, and presenting findings in an understandable manner. I have expertise in experimental design, survey design, psychological assessment, and advanced statistical modeling using R, including regression, multilevel modeling (MLM), measurement modeling, and structural equation modeling (SEM). During my PhD followed by my industry role, I've led projects involving the development and validation of cognitive and socio-emotional assessments in virtual and applied settings while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. I am highly organized, conscientious, an effective communicator, and meticulous when it comes to data analysis, writing, and editing. In addition to research, I’m a passionate educator with a talent for making complex ideas clear, engaging, and applicable. In the coming year, I will be joining the Psychology Department at Istanbul Bilgi University as a tenure-track faculty member. In this role I aim to bridge academic insight with real-world impact. I welcome freelance opportunities where I can contribute my skills around research, assessment development, survey/ experimental design, advanced data analysis, and science communication. I am fully bilingual in Turkish and English, both in academic and professional contexts, and can support projects requiring translation, cultural adaptation, or communication across both languages. I am also fluent in German for everyday and academic use, though not at a level suitable for professional writing or consulting.
