Most training plans focus on what to do. I focus on how your body and mind make it possible. I am a Performance Strategist with a unique academic and practical background: a PhD in Sports Bioengineering, a Master's in Exercise Physiology, and a BA in Psychology. For the last 34 years, I have used this multidisciplinary approach to help athletes achieve what shouldn't be possible for their age or biomechanics. I specialize in working with mature athletes and busy professionals who need precision, not guesswork. By analyzing your biomechanics (how you move), your physiology (how you fuel), and your psychology (how you endure), I build protocols that maximize output while minimizing injury risk. I help clients with: Biomechanical Analysis: Optimizing fit and form to reduce pain and increase wattage. Physiological Profiling: Science-based training that respects your biological age and recovery needs. Remote Consulting: Expert guidance without the need for daily face-to-face interaction.
