I am a PhD researcher in Biology and Health with a research focus on positive psychology and mental health. My doctoral work included the cross-cultural adaptation of self-report questionnaires into Arabic, with a strong emphasis on psychometric analysis, validation, and survey-based research. I also investigated the role of positive psychology constructs in relation to mental distress among university students. I have published six peer-reviewed papers on topics including psychometric validation, mental health, substance use behaviors, risk factors, and aggressive behavior among university students. My academic background has given me strong experience in research design, literature review, questionnaire-based research, data interpretation, scientific writing, and APA-style academic work. In addition to my academic research, I currently work as Lead Researcher for a U.S.-based company, where I research Flow State and Group Flow and help translate findings from psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science into applied models, educational content, and practical tools for workplace and performance contexts.
