 Biological mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF/TOF AB4800, Thermo LTQ XL, Thermo Orbitrap velos, ESI-triple quadruple-TOF AB5600) high throughput proteomics (qualitative and quantitative) including wet lab and dry lab (Series 4000, Proteome Discoverer, Protein Pilot, Peaks, Thermo Excalibur, AB Sciex Analyst, BiopharmaView and many related platforms) Identification of post-translational modifications of proteins/mABs, Manipulations of spectra by chemical modifications of proteins/peptides, mass spectrometric identification of lipids, GC-MS FAMEs analysis, lipidomics.  Spectroscopic methods, viz. UV-visible spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrometry, Dynamic light scattering for particle size and zeta potential measurements.  Protein/mABs Purification by HPLC, UHPLC, affinity, ion-exchange, size exclusion, dialysis  SDS-PAGE, Isoelectric focusing, 2D-gel electrophoresis, Western Blotting, antibody based pull-down assays, identification of interacting partners of proteins, finding components of complexes, ELISA based assays.  Aseptic handling, Animal cell culture techniques, Formation of hybridoma cells from mouse spleen cells, Selection of clones, Cell based assays, Immunostaining.  Microbiological techniques, handling of pathogens at Bio-safety III level, maintenance and storage of bacterial cultures, Plate count and growth curve based assays, Staining methods, Antibiotic sensitivities, Characterization of microbial strains by classic and 16s-rRNA methods.  Ultracentrifugation techniques (preparative and analytical), Density gradient ultracentrifugation, Purification of virus particles and other tiny (nano-scale) particles.  Light microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, Scanning electron microscopy, Transmission electron microscopy, Cryo-Electron Microscopy.
