Assessed and deployed several Laboratory Information Management System solutions (LIMS) to monitor samples workflow and dataflow, to provide integration with laboratory instruments and applications, to enable electronic data exchanges between the laboratories, Electronic Health Records and ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Health Level 7 (HL7). Determined and managed annual funding operating and investment budget, submitted tender requisition for acquisition of new technologies to the board of direction, reviewed tenders proposals evaluation, selected the best proposal that match the tender technical specifications and submitted for approval to the board of direction.
