A seasoned academician and researcher with extensive expertise in Software Engineering, particularly in Software Requirement Engineering, Global Software Development, and Software Quality Assurance. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), with over 15 years of experience in academia. Key research interests include Agile Software Development, Software Crowdsourcing, Sustainable Software Engineering, and Emotion Recognition in software systems.

As the former Head of the Department of Software Engineering, I have effectively led the department, managed accreditation processes with NCEAC and PEC, coordinated industry collaboration, and guided faculty in the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE).

In addition to administrative roles, I have taught various courses, such as Software Engineering, Agile Software Development, and Software Requirement Engineering, and contributed to academic development and student success. I also gained international research experience during my graduate studies in Malaysia, deepening my expertise in advanced informatics and global development practices.
