As a bioinformatician my experience is applying standard bioinformatic analysis as microaarray analysis, RNA-seq, Chip-seq and exome sequencing analysis to support cancer research groups. I also have been using machine learning techniques to develop new computational models in order to help the clinician to choose the best available therapy according to the genomic characteristics of the patient tumour. Recently I have been applying Deep Learning algorithms to genomic in order discover new synergic combinations between antitumor drugs. I use mainly work with R, Bash and Python
